Payment methods
You can either send a cheque to 8 Ngaroma Rd, Epsom, Auckland or bank transfer:

You will need to add a courier fee to your total, or goods can be arranged to be collected. Contact us for a quote.
Prices
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. For some items the web price has a minimum quantity. Full payment is required before we send out your order.
STATIONERY
A deposit of $150 is due before we send your stationery to print and the balance is payable when the order is either picked up or dispatched to you. INVITATIONS
You can either select from our collections or ask for customised stationery to be created to match your dress, bouquet, theme or personality. Custom photography for your stationery can also be commissioned exclusively for you if you have a particular idea in mind.
Request an invitation sample
To request a sample from our collections, email bridesbestfriend@paradise.net.nz and you will hear from us soon. If we have what you want to view in stock we can send it off to you.
Please include in your request:
- which stationery(s) and item(s) you are interested in
- a postal address for them to be sent to
- a contact phone no.
When you are ready to order
When you have received your sample, contact us to ask any questions you may have and discuss your requirements in more detail.
Request a “mockup”
Where possible we will mock up your invitations, in the colours, style and imagery of your choice and with your own wedding details if you provide them. We can then email this mockup to you.
Information we require from you
Depending on which items you choose we will require some important details from you to complete your order:
- Wording for the Invitation - Choose your invitation wording or ask us for help and suggestions. Please include:
- names of the bride & groom o name of the host (if not the bride & groom)
- date and time o venue, including the address
- RSVP date, address, email, phone number
- If you would like individual guest names printed on invitations and on placecards, send a list of names (full names or first names - whichever you choose) in either an Excel spreadsheet or Word table.
- Full contact details for yourself to enable easy communication and delivery of order.
Note: Envelopes are provided blank for you to address to your guests.
Timeframes
We will discuss your timeframe when placing an order to ensure you have enough time to send invitations to your guests 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date. Most orders take 1 to 2 weeks to complete and deliver after the order confirmation has been received. Confirmed details for Order of Service sheets, place cards and menus must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding to allow enough time for printing.
Confirmation and proofing
We will send a final proof by email (or post if prefered) for you to check in terms of spelling, details & layout. It’s your responsibility to spot any errors and notify us before we go to print.
