We operate as a partnership without dedicated premises but make best efforts to meet Brides for consultation. Please contact us to arrange a meeting.

We make best efforts to keep our product range current in terms of price and avaliability. For this reason, we expect that on some rare occasions that prices might vary or change without notice. If you do notice a discrepancy, please let us know.

Shipping
We despatch our products via reliable Auckland-based couriers. If any goods arrive in poor or damaged condition, we will organise replacement or refund. Despatch is made once full payment is received by us. On receipt of full payment, we will immediately send to goods. At this time, the speed of delivery is in the hands of the courier company.
