About Us

It was whilst preparing for my own wedding from our base in London that we first thought of the idea for Bride’s Best Friend.  I thought, wouldn’t it be great if there was a website that had invitations and favours and lots of other extras, AND it gave you a price so you could know exactly “how much” at a glance.  The other dream criteria was to make stationery funky (not cheesey!) and AFFORDABLE.  So in 2001 my sister in law Dionne and I started BBF.  After 9 years, a lot of learning and fun and brainstorming, we have built up quite an array of exciting products for our brides to choose from.

Of the BBF Dynamic Duo, my focus is invitations and design and I handle anything to be printed and personalised.  I just love my job, getting to work with our brides on artwork and designs that are unique and special, trying to create a taste of the magic they will have on their Big Day.  It’s a great feeling when my client and I “hit the mark” with a design as it introduces a definite excitement to her wedding planning process.

I am also the mother of 3 children, aged 6, 4 and 1.  I have been married to my husband Louis for 8 years but we have been together for a big 17 – how time flies!  So I am used to being busy and juggling several things at once, which is why I like to respond to queries and emails within a working day.  This seems to suit our clients too!
